Try this
unplug plug the power cord and remove the battery and hold the power button for 45 seconds,Then reinstall the battery and and try to start the computer,

if it fails to start
unplug plug the power cord and remove the battery and hold the power button for 45 seconds and

If it starts

Allow it to load completely and then shut it down and install one memory stick and restart, if all is well after if loads completely, shut down again and install the other memory stick and restart, if all is well again wait until it loads completely and then plug in and allow to load each of the usb devices you may have

I gt power to the pc but it does not boot and the

well on the satellite x205 it could be a couple things. there isnt any beep code? if there is no beep code then it would need atleast a main system board. i worked on 2 last week but they had beep codes (3beeps) which were video cards. in your case pull each stick of ram, then if thats not the case order a main system board.

Toshiba Satellite P205-S6237 won't Boot up after full shutdown

i think there is some issues with the OS because i noticed you can't shut it down properly so maybe the files needed in order to shut down had been corrupted but one more theory, the bios settings make sure that everythings configured properly there by checking the power options on the bios setup(the blue screen)so try setting it to default and change the boot priority to HDD,CDROM,FLOPPY.
