Startup repair everytime i open my loptop always asking the startup reair

If you mean extra tabs, click on the customize button in the upper right and go to settings, under the "On Startup" section make sure "Open a specific page or set of pages." is not selected. Select "Open the new tab page"

Connect internet and activate windows with the product key provided to you.
The product key maybe present at the bottom of the laptop if it came pre-installed.

Try system restore/recovery.

The blue screen is extremely irritating I'll admit to you. Usually it happens when Windows doesn't want to comply with some hardware/software that is being run. I know this happens every time I plug in my webcam.
Try this:
In your start menu search bar type in: msconfig Open MSCONFIG
Under the startup tab, click to disable all. This will prevent any third party software on your computer from interfering with Windows, giving you a blue screen.

I would suggest going to www.malwarebytes.org and running a full scan of your PC with their free version.

OK, I would try to restore to the earliest date possible, or Recover to original state of computer from factory. The latter is more radical than the former, but it will guarantee that any corrupt files are eliminated.

There was a hardware failure / problem on your laptop. If I'm not mistaken it's probably on the Memory Module.
