I would like to ask about my laptop everytime it the blue screen is always appearing

The blue screen is extremely irritating I'll admit to you. Usually it happens when Windows doesn't want to comply with some hardware/software that is being run. I know this happens every time I plug in my webcam.
Try this:
In your start menu search bar type in: msconfig Open MSCONFIG
Under the startup tab, click to disable all. This will prevent any third party software on your computer from interfering with Windows, giving you a blue screen.
Hope this helps!

Everytime i turn my computer on it launches into startup repair (recommended) Windows loading files? Starup repair is checking your system for problems do you want to restore your computer using system...

OK, I would try to restore to the earliest date possible, or Recover to original state of computer from factory. The latter is more radical than the former, but it will guarantee that any corrupt files are eliminated.

There was a hardware failure / problem on your laptop. If I'm not mistaken it's probably on the Memory Module.

Thanks,
