Treadmill will not turn on - nothing on display, and only fan comes on.

Test the 8-12Vdc coming from the Controller board motor.
Thsi board has 3 power supply: 1) Console Board 2) Elevation Motor 3) Main Motor.
Some IGTBs is faulty, replace or replace.
However you must test the connector coming from Controller B. Motor to the up where the console is there , tight and clean very well. Is there 8-12 Vdc, and the console is NOT running replalce the Console, after checking. is there are NOT the controller board is faulty, replace.

Hi Adrian, All a treadmill is... is a motor, running belt and console display pad. You'll find the console display pad has malfunctioned.... This can happen when something heavy is placed on it OR something hits it and if yours is under warranty then get it fix as soon as possible mate, I had a problem with my console display pad and it cost me $100 just for the pad....... My treadmill is a different brand but I can tell you the motor and running belt will last and last and last.....I hope this helps.........CHEERS..

Faulty Controller,just try another one and test.

adjust the REED SWITCH, see the diagram attached, clean it and tight the wires connector very well.
tight the ribbon cables insides from keypads +tight the wires connector from display board vs lower board and clean it.

Dear Sir:
This is probably a 1) faulty speed sensor or 2)the speed sensor is not plugged in properly. 3)ts also possibly a faulty motor control board or lower board.+ 4) main motor fault.
Adjust the sensor speed see the diagram.

Run the software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshootin.

It sound like the motor control board is the culprit. Unplug unit then remove shroud then find the 2 leads that connects the motor to the motor control board disconnect them then plug in unit and see if the display blackout after programing the display then hitting start.
