No signal with remote control (the remote control work good with our other toshiba tv) but with Toshiba 32HFX71 32" it does not working so we change chanel and other fonctions manualy. Help??

Hello, you need to make sure what is broken, the remote control or the TV. To check the integrity of the remote control, you need to broadcast from the remote control while he aimed at the video camera. If you see a flicker of light through the camera it shows the integrity of the remote control. In this case the infrared receptor need to be replaced, he is placed near the stand by light.in a rare case the problem is at the 5v voltage that goes to the receptor. more rare is the possibility that something is wrong at the microprocessor circuit. . If the remote control out of order, can be opened carefully by a thin screwdriver, usually the causes to the error are loose components or contacts that are supposed to weld back into the board.

i hope it was helpful!! Let me know if you need further guidance

Toshiba 32hfx71 / 36hfx71 remote control only sensing at one inch distance

Since the problem is common on two remotes, the source of your misery has to be inside your set, not with the remote. The receiver in the set may not be positioned as it should be since it is rare to have either end go 'a little bad.' They generally will fail totally instead. Any shop that services TVs will have a simple pen-like detector that will tell you if the remote is putting out enough signal to work as it should.
If your set has ever been repaired, the main board may not be sitting in the slots that act as supports.
You might try to hold the remote in several different positions; holding it below the IR window and pointing it upward, the same for each side and then above the window. If it seems to respond better from one or the other angle, then the receiver is not sitting square behind the window.

32HFX71 Blinking Pwr Indicator Light

Not likely convergence because it's simply a direct view TV. Could be vertical, a common problem with that unit is the vertical output IC Q301 and poor solder connections of the link off R305. This could be enough to put the unit in shutdown. And it could also be SMPS, possibly regulator or horizontal output transistor - you would need to test these to be sure. The HOT, if shorted, will have continuity E to B or E to C.. If you're not sure you're up to this take it to a reputable shop. What I've described above isn't too serious and a good shop can having back to running good as new in a couple of hours. One tip I might add, take to the shop yourself it will save a few bucks. Good Luck Bill

White lines on screen

im sorry my friend I do not understand what a funny marrior is? LOL If your complaining about white lines at only the top of the picture, then I would say that your problem is with the vertical sweep circuit. Most likly a capacitor in the vertical preamp really small ones next to the jungle IC or the capacitors that are used as waveshapers in the vertical drive and output. If the entire screen is white lines then the screen drive is too high so back it down till the lines just disapear. if that wont turn down, theres a filter cap on the sweeop supply or the CRT socket board is bad. Good Luck
