Use the two-button reset. Press and hold the exposure compensation and AF buttons together for at least two seconds. These buttons are marked with green dots.

This will not reset everything. The full list is given in the "Two-Button Reset" section of the manual (page 75 in my copy). If you need a manual you may download a copy from here.

Haw I can use TV keys

The TV might have panel locked. Refer it's user manual for details about how to release the panel lock, and do it according to the procedure said for. You must have a good working remote control. If nothing is said about this at its user manual, do a system reset (Factory reset) which will convert the TV to its factory out (new) condition.
There are two methods to reset the TV. Hard reset and factory reset. To make it a hard reset unplug the set from the AC mains wall socket and reinsert after an hour or so.
To do a factory reset you have to enter it's service mode option.
If you wish to get more details visit the site linked here. Service mode entry procedure of many popular brand tvs are given. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

How do i reset d100 to factory specs

The D-90 and D-100 are similar so this may work for you. On my D-90, you go to the menu, then click on the little pencil Icon. The top line will read: Reset Custom settings." Click on this line then click "yes" to reset all custom settings back to default. You can also reset individual settings back to default by clicking on the line for the specific setting you want to reset.

In addition, on the top right side of the camera you will find a "+/-" button and an "AF" button. Both are marked by little green dots. Press these two buttons simultaneously for several seconds and it will reset most of the custom settings back to default.

Factory reset

There are two ways to reset your settings to the factory default settings on the D-90. First, next to the control panel window on the top of the camera are two buttons (+/- and AF) marked with little green dots. Hold these two buttons down together for more than two seconds and factory defaults will be restored to all settings except custom settings. All settings, including custom settings, can be restored from the menu with the little pencil icon. Instructions and details can be found in the users manual on pages, 75, 172 and 260. If you have misplaced your manual copies are available for download on this site and on the Nikon website at www.nikon.com.

How to reset the combination, GE Hide a Key Storage Lock Box (GE Access Point Series)

Step 1. With the cap closed, set the numbered dials to the combination line. The factory preset combination is "000".
Step 2. While maintaining the combination in place, rotate the "RESET" dial indicator beneath the letters approximately 90 degrees to line-up with the combination line. If the correct combination is not set, the "RESET" dial will not rotate.
Note: Using excessive force can damage the dials.
Step 3. Set the new combination while maintaining the position of the "RESET" dial.
Step 4. While maintaining the combination in place, rotate the "RESET" dial back to the original position. The combination has been changed.

Half press focus not working

Occasionally, the half-press won't function if the camera is in certain settings. ie, manual focus, self-timer, lens aperture on setting other than "A", etc. Check your settings to see if this could be causing your problem.
