I'm trying to graph an equation and find the linear regression, but it will not let me graph. I have already typed in my data into the correct table and when I hit GRAPH it says this, "ERR: ARCHIVED" and beneath it says "1: QUIT" And when I try to find the linear regression, "ERR: ARCHIVED" and underneath is "1: QUIT" and "2: GOTO"

I am not quite sure what you are asking...
(1) if asking for graphing y= -2/3x+2, then press [diamond] [F1: Y=] type in .2/3x +2, see graph by [diamond][graph]
(2) if asking for graphing y= -2/3x+a, where a=3x, then first archive a=3x in Home screen by [home], type 3x [sto] a, then go back to y= menu, and type -2/3x+a in Y1
(3) if asking for graphing an equation that is dependent on 2 variables at the same time, use x-y-z axis (aka, change mode to graphing 3-D by [mode]graph [5:3D]) then enter desired equation in y= menu using Z function in terms of x and y aka z(x,y)= ...)

The problem seems to be that the list is archived. To fix this go to memory menu (2nd and mem) then find L1 or whatever list you want and hit enter next to it. This will get rid of the big asterick and then you can graph it or you should be able to.

Go to your stat plot screen, and select option 4 (PlotsOff), Press Enter, and try to plot a normal graph again
SOURCE: Suddenly, the graph window reports ERR:UNDEFINED
Go to Window and make sure there are acceptable values for your graph, default is usually 10 and -10 with 1 scale.
