My x8 not turn on and not charging !!!

You need to replace the battery. Your battery is not holding charge.

mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So

Second Option:
Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.

Remove the battery and re-load it after some minutes.
Hold the right and left keys below the display.
Press and release the power key.
On screen instructions to hard reset will appear.Follow them and reset.

try to check if the vibrate of your phone is turned on....maybe it's turned off...check the settings... :)

You might contact Midland Radio Corp to see if they have a fix for your problem. If I had to give an educated guess I would say the batteries need jump started (which sometimes happens when they are new and too low of charge; or there is a problem where they contact the charger and they are not receiving a full charge; or they are defective. I am sure the factory would be happy to assist you in solving the issue.

1. Turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
2. If that doesn't work, connect it to the iPhone charger and let it charge for at least 10 minutes. Note: iPhone 3G does not support FireWire and will not charge from any FireWire-based power source.
3. If that doesn't work, toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image. (see "Display has no backlight or dark screen" below for further troubleshooting.)
4. While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until either the Apple logo or battery symbol appears. If the battery symbol appears, continue to charge iPhone until it is fully charged.

Try taking the batteries out ( fully disconnecting them from the gold contact points) ... then put them back in with the charger already plugged in. It should go to that blue charge screen instead of turning on. LEAVE IT ON THAT CHARGING SCREEN for at least 5-10 mins. Now, Hold down power, screen goes black... then tap power about 2 seconds after screen goes out, and it should start up as normal. If taking the battery out has no effect, I would investigate whether that (the battery... being dead/unchargeable) is the problem. I'm hoping one of the two answers gets ya where you need to go.

OH AND YOU CANNOT USE USB CHARGER TO DO THIS. IT HAS TO HAVE DIRECT FROM-THE-SOCKET POWER TO CHARGE UP THAT FIRST BIT OF COMPLETELY TAPPED CHEMICAL (ELECTRICAL) REACTIONS.
