Need to install Printronix p5210 via LPT cable

Dear, I have one Printronix Line Matrix P5210 Printer and I need to install the printer by using jetdirrect 300X and LPT cable.but my printer have only parallel port. kindly tell me if any settings may need to change..

Could you provide me the Windows 7 64bits for P5210?
There is not a windows 7 driver for the P5000, but the P7000 driver has been fully tested by Printronix to work with the P5000. Alternatively you can use the printer in Epson emulation mode and use the Epson 1080 driver included in Windows7.

Hello Fadel,

I emailed 2 different Emulation files...
Let me know if you receive an error. If you get Flushing Ques after you started the download, then you don't have enough Dram memory, Flash memory or Security Pal chip needs a specific Emulation file.

The paper advance button only moves the paper a inch or two.
If someone taps the advance button instead of holding it down it resets. The solution was to reboot the printer..

Printronix P5210 line printer HOF problem
If you are using a printer that has IGP enabled, you can set the printer to automatically go to the next TOF at the end of the print job. Only if you are using the Graphics portion (printing bar codes and graphics). The option is "Auto FF at ^PN" and you would Enable it.
