1.When you get to the site, click on " Service and Support ".
2.In the question search box type " replace ink cartridge ", then press the "search arrow ".
3. Under the search results, click on " How do I replace the ink cartridge (s) ? "
4. The instructions along with pictures will be displayed for you.
5.Follow the steps listed on the page for correct replacement of ink.
the moving ink frame is probably pointing to a symbol such as replace color ink( three dots on ink cartridge picture). Replace color ink. You are probably printing your black and white documents with colored ink--always select black or greyscale.
Considering this is a high quality printer this is very well possible. If it was a spiderman picture it may have just used a lot of magenta for its color mixing. Print some regular low quality images not full size and see what happens to your ink. If your worried about high price ink you can visit a site where they sell 3rd party ink that is much cheaper.
