Hello you can download the driver here at asrock:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/M3A785GXH128M/?cat=Download&os=XP
The files you might download needs to be unziped before installation.
Please install the AMD all in 1 driver ver:8.512 first before you install the others.
Good luck

Look for socket A processors and ignore the XXXX+ and focus on the XXXXMHz rating (the MoBo's manufacturer's support site will give you the max processor your Board will handle). Since you mention that your MoBo is 4 to 5 years old, you'll probably better serve yourself to replace the MoBo and processor (you'll be able to upgrade to a much better/faster processor by upgrading both, and shouldn't cost that much more), and probably be happier with the result. You may want/need to upgrade your Power supply while you are at it too.

Download the file and then run it,
I hope this helps,

After looking at the manual, it does appear that the_fire may be correct. Your on-board video has a max shared memory of 512MB. If it is set the max, that is exactly why you only show 2.5GB.
This is from your manual:
Graphics Radeon HD 3300
Onboard side port memory 64MB (TA790GX A2+)
Onboard side port memory 128MB (TA790GX 128M)
Max Shared Video Memory is 512MB

Hi,
First of all which operating system is on the machine?
Secondly have you been into the BIOS to see if the on-board has been disabled. To get into the BIOS restart the computer and press either the Del or Esc key to access the BIOS.
Also go to device manager and see if the audio has been disabled from there.
If you have installed Windows 7 or Vista then there could be a chance that the motherboard drivers are not designed for the operating system. If that's the case then no driver will work.
You would have to manually search the internet for someone who may have found a compatible driver.
Regards.
