try going google and typing in--user manual for fire tablet--
if there is a user manual then there will be a site with a pdf version that you can download free
you may have to put model of the tablet in the search

The user guide is stored on the tablet, unless the Help information was deleted. All other manuals are available on the devices themselves. Swipe down from the top on the Home screen of the Fire tablet when you are using it. Tap on Settings, then tap Help. Tap on the User Guide to read the manual. For the Kindle Fire, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap More and then tap Help & Feedback. Then tap User Guide.

I'm not sure what tablet and operating system you have but .exe files are typically Windows-based applications. Those won't run on a Android or Apple tablet, for example.

For viewing PDFs you need PDF viewing software. Again, depending on the tablet version you have you may need to install the appropriate version reader. PDF is an Adobe product and available from them for free. Adobe Reader Download Free PDF viewer for Windows Mac OS Android

Whether it's a *.pdf file or not, as soon as 1 programme can display the content of the manual, the same programme should be able to print it. e.g. print from adobe accrobat reader directly. Otherwise install the "open office" suite (costs 0) to open the manual file. that software should be able to print the content. (make sure the printer is correctly installed on your system.)
