Step
1. Place your key in your car's ignition and turn the key to "On" position.
2. Press and hold the "program" switch on your cars alarm.
3. Press any button on your car remote while you are holding the "Program" switch and release both buttons.
4. Press the "Program" switch on viper alarms transmitter once more and release it. Remove the key from the ignition and press a button on your Viper remote control to see if the programmers worked.
There is another way if this doesn't work, just let me know.
It's more complicated.
I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer...
rest is up to u.. U can also get free manuals
Keep in mind once you erase you current remotes NONE of them will work until you program/pair them back again with your alarm. The 2-way remotes are different to pair than the 1-way. Having said that it's pretty simple to delete/unpair the remotes. I'm gonna try to keep it as simple as I can.
The alarm has to be disarmed and NOT in valet mode.
Step 1 open door (keep door open thru entire operation)
Step 2 turn ignition to ON position (not accessory)
Step 3 within 10 seconds press program/control button on antenna twice (push and let go, push and let go. DO NOT HOLD)
Step 4 NOW press and hold program/control button again (DO NOT LET GO) you'll hear siren chirp
Step 5 while still holding program/control button press the LOCK button on your remote control the siren will chirp again confirming remotes have been successfully deleted/removed.
Step 6 let go of program/control button
Step 7 close ignition switch to finish everything you did. NOW you have to pair ALL your remotes back to the system.
Hope this helps.
Funny thing same thing happened to me with the car option 1 and car option 2 remote.

You will be best to connect the real tach wire. You will need to programme the alarm to recognise the speed of the engine, this way it will know where the idle position is.
