Maybe this will help Open up your device mgr.
In Devise Mgr -If everything is properly detected you'll see all +'s next to each of the device categories with no "Other devices" listed as shown in the example. However, when problems do occur you'll be presented with one or more of the below errors.

When a device has a yellow circle with an exclamation mark or found under "Other devices" this is an indication that the device is conflicting with another hardware device or the drivers for the device are not installed properly.

Double-clicking and opening the device with the error will present you with an error code.

What to do

Remove all devices with exclamation mark and any "Other devices" from Device Manager by highlighting them and pressing the delete key on the keyboard. Once they've all been removed reboot the computer and allow Windows to re-detect the devices.

If after rebooting the computer the Device Manager remains the same Windows is not installing the devices because it lacks the proper driver support. You'll need to download the latest drivers for that device.

To correct this issue visit Device Manager by going to Start, then right click Computer, choose Device Manager. Once you are in the device manager click the + next to Network Adapters. Find your wireless network adapter, right click it, and choose uninstall. Once you uninstall the drivers, right click and choose Scan for Hardware Changes. Does my HP s7750 have wireless internet connection. if so how do i turn it on or if not do i need to buy a wireless usb adaptor

check the box that the machine was packed. if you find a antenna, then, your machine have wireless LAN.
to set up the Wireless
1 Click the Windows Start Button on the taskbar.
2 Type Device Manager into the Search box, and then click Device Manager to open
the Device Manager window.
3 Click Network adapters. Your WLAN device should be listed here. The WLAN
device may include the term wireless, wireless LAN, or 802.11.
4 Click the Windows Start Button on the taskbar.
5 Type Network and Sharing Center into the Search box, and then click Network
and Sharing Center
to open the Network and Sharing Center window.
6 Click Add a device to the network and follow any onscreen instructions.
For more information about setting up a wireless network:
Click the Windows Start Button on the taskbar, click Help and Support, and
then type Setting up a wireless network into the Search Help box.
NOTE: If no WLAN device is listed, either your computer does not have an integrated
WLAN device, or the driver for the device is not properly installed.

Wireless networking hardware not functioning properly.

Check on Device Manager if it is working properly

Right-click My Computer-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager
Click on the plus sign beside Network Adapter and double-click your wireless card.
Check on the device status if it says it's working properly.
Try to disable-enable the adapter by right-clicking on it under the device manager window.
If it has a question mark, it is most likely driver issues so contact your wireless card manufacturer or PC manufacturer if the wireless card is built in.

Wireless connection disapeared from computer

Hello!

I am not sure exactly where you are checking for Wireless connections.

Anyhow, now a days we are hearing many Wireless adapter missing from Device manager issues.

Please get back to us with the Brand name of your laptop, OS installed.

Also check in Device manager for Wireless adapter.

Please follow these steps to open Device Manager:

1. Right Click on 'My Computer' icon on Desktop and choose Properties.
2. The System properties Window opens.
3. Click Hardware tab and then click the Device Manager button.

Expand + Network adapter and check if the Wireless adapter is listed there or not.

If it is not listed there, then the issue is with the Wireless adapter itself.

This is most comon issue in HP COMPAQ notebooks.

if you are not aware of the Wireless adapter under + Network adapters in Device manager, then get back to us with the complete information under + Network adapter.

So thatI can help you in better way
