E001 is the universal code for an overheat issue. E003 is usually the main thermistor on fuser roller. Try gently cleaning face of thermistor, don't reset more than once in 15 min. or you may cause overheating and melt parts you don't want to.

this is a fuser error. wou will need to have the fuser rebuilt or replaced.
