Shut it down and then power it back on to reset it. Then turn your WiFi on and scan fir networks, if your network isn't showing up be sure it's set as it should be. It's one if the two. Reset both if necessary. It may take a few tries but you'll get it, if not contact their customer service directly and they'll help you troubleshoot it!
