G31t-m7 no beeps no display

If your getting no beeps, its usually a video card issue. G31T-M7 has an onboard video card. Can you try plugging you montor to the VGA port and see if anything comes up. If still no picture, are fans turning? Might be a power supply failure.

it sounds like a faulty lead i no that on a desktop one bad lead can cause a conputer lots of problems you might test all leads that are attched to your hard drive from your motherboard also the ones that attach to the drives cd/dvd 3.1/2 inch floppy drive or just replace them they might be faulty

This motherboard doesn't start with Pentium D plugged on it

That's because the G31T-M7 motherboard doesn't support Pentium D's. That motherboard will support a Pentium Dual-Core (E21XX series), a Celeron 4XX, or a Core 2 Quad [Q6600, Q6700 (G0)].
One reason the Pentium D doesn't work for that board is because it lacks hyperthreading.
One would think that a Pentium D is the same thing as a Pentium Dual-Core, but it isn't.

Describe your biostar p4m800-m7a cpu overheats Problem -- CPU runs ~65 degrees with case open. Machine shuts off w/o warning when case is closed, even though CPU cooler fan is exhausted and a 2nd exhaust...

Open your computer BIOS. To do this press F8 when start-up and then once your in the BIOS settings, enter power management section and then look for any settings there relating to temperature automatic shutdown. Save changes and restart computer. If it doesn't solve the problem. Reset your motherboard BIOS to do this, open your computer casing and then look for the BIOS jumper setting, it should be near the CMOS battery. Refer also to the motherboard manual to do this.
Hope this could help..Please don't forget to rate me..:-) Thanks..

No boot up / no post for new CPU (ECS G31R-M7) with Intel E5200

i have a ecs g31t-m with a pentium e5200 dual core. i bought the board from ebay and the bios needed to be flashed before it would reconize the processor. after flashing the bios i still had the same problem. i found that in the user manual there is a list of "qualified" ram. before looking at this list i tried some ram that was not on the list and it wouldn't boot. after changing the ram to one that was on the list it finally booted up. however, after getting it to boot and reloading win xp, i cant get any drivers to load for the onboard equipment. so now i'm stuck. i hope this helps and if someone can give me direction on the drivers i'd be in good shape.
