Hi. I have had my Ainol Novo 10 Hero for 1 day already there are problems. The screen won't turn on. I had plugged the USB cable in from the tablet to my desktop. I was copying a Video file from my Desktop Computer to the Ainol tablet. I cancelled the data transfer as it was taking to long. I unplugged the USB cable. The Ainol tablet then seemed to shut itself down. It no will not turn on. I plugged in the power adapter. I can not even tell if it is charging. I can not see the charging icon. It looks completely dead.Can anyone help me with this? Thank you very much in advance.

Try pushing in the mic button with a safety pin. That used to work on mine, now mine wont turn on at all. : (

Bal2what mean not work; the on/off switch not or enen the pin hole switch not work. If this is the case then check power supple. Put on charge then pin hole switch.if all failure to boot up the set then it is dead dead.my set the on/off not work but pin hole switch work and even reset to factory setting the on/off still not work that indicat hardware issue.as I know some tablet the switch easy to dislocat for the oringinal location then even push the botton can not reach to the switch.only way to fix it is open up the set.your problem may just power failure.

Sounds like it is not charging.
The unit will power on momentarily if low batter but power off straight away
Get an electrical competent person to check the output of the power unit or use know good unit.

Hi i have my aniol novo 10 hero quad core for one week but from many days my tab is working almost itself... i dont know why.. but when i start my tab so it started to work by it own...i think it has its own life...please please tell me how to fix it please...i would be very thankful to you...
