The ignition spark for my gas stove won't stop flicking....

All igniters will spark when you turn on any burner but only the one you have turned on will allow gas through to ignite.

Replace the "igniter switch assembly". The igniter's are getting a weak spark and since you have one that will not spark at all, this is the usual problem. Here is the assembly to order.

Electric gas igniters sometimes get stuck in one position causing a clicking sound. The clicking sound that you hear is the electric arc that is pulsing from the igniter conductor (wire) to ground (the gas burner). It receives power from the electrical outlet that the stove is plugged into.
Residue from food and sometimes cleaning products may be preventing the igniter from producing a spark (Arc) to the base of the burner. This is a common problem that occurs when the stove has been cleaned or food is allowed to build up. Make sure that the igniter and the burner base are clean and dry. This will help with proper operation. Oven cleaner and a small tooth brush may be used to accomplish this. If unplugging it for a couple minutes and plugging back in does not rectify then it sounds like a bad spark module or a shorted wire inside. All 4 should spark at the same time when any burner is used. (Does trying to light a burner make the other 2 spark too?)

Could you unplug the two faulty igniters and see if problem remained

Could you plug one of the faulty igniter at the location of a good one. The goal is to isolate the problem. Is it the igniter or the electronic board.

Faulty ground problem may occur also after an spillover on the stove. In that case, use a cotton swab dipped in scrubbing alcool and clean the spark area on the igniter and the burner.
