There should be a reset in the toolbox settings menu. Or contact your retailer. Any reputable retailer of that type equipment should be able to help you.

Where does the memory card go in the Olympus FE-4020? Thanks

It goes in next to the battery, under the same cover on the bottom of the camera. There are illustrated instructions in the "Preparing the Camera" section of the manual (page 10 in my copy).

I just bought an olympus FE-4020 and I want the date to display on the saved image. I can't find anything in the manual about how to turn this function on.

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

Olympus fe - 4020 lens cycles on startup, to a point and jams, tore it down and with gears removed, lens moves fine, cleaned gears and reassemble, and it james at the same place. ideas?

I'd definitely take it to a professional at this point-- but odds are you'd be looking at labor costs and parts costs that would exceed the value of the camera.

Remove the battery for 15 mins then replace the battery, open the camera's Menu and set the Date & Time.

You can get the manualk on the link below. To change the size of the print on the top bar where the % is change it to a size that is easy for you to read.
