I am getting 4 horizontal displays on my TV screen wnevr i try to play sm games on my PS2,it doesnt happen wid all d games but most of d games,wt is d problem & plz gimme a psbl solution.

Hi there. Have you tried another set of cables ? They might be the issue. Other than that, check for a solid connection on the back of the TV where the cables are connected, and also on the PS2 itself. You might wanna try on another tv if it's possible for you. If the issue is still there with another A/V cable, on another tv, and if the cables are connected firmly, the problem can be the video output controller on the PS2 mainboard that is going nuts. I've seen a such issue once, and the PS2 mainboard was going bad slowly. Solution was to, unfortunately, replace the PS2 :| Hope that helps, cheebster.

Oh, and by the way.. the console needs to be modded, else it won't run the NTSC backups that you've converted to pal. Hope it has a modchip already ? :)

ya,i forgot to tell dat the game HITMAN is working,its got 2 options of PAL & NTSC,so when i choose PAL it works properly but when i choose NTSC it gives me that problem,so i think its coz of the PAL & NTSC difference,i just wished dat all the games had such options.
Plz gimme a possible solution for this.
Can i convert those NTSC dvd's to PAL in anyway so that it will work........?
