your headset socket may be shorted cleaning it may fix your problem.

the display started destructing...the line increases day by day ,at last the whole display will be spoiled.....this will be the process...so approach the shop and get a NEW DISPLAY immediately when you feel uncommfortable in viewing

You have to check your firmware version using this code *#0000# if the version is older than 05.60 .you have to update thru nokia pc suit.sure it works.

Here’s how to hard reset or format your Nokia mobile phone:
1) Switch off your phone
2) Press and hold these 3 keys together:
-green dial key
-the star key(*)
-the number 3 key (Ugh, I wish I had three hands…!!)
3) Power on the phone
