Turns on but doesn't brew

Power board is defective and needs replacing

• Clean the puncture needle with a paper clip. It has 2 holes.
  
• Turn unit off for a few minutes, remove and replace the water tank. Turn back on.
• If all fails unplug, remove water tank, turn over and slap it on it's bottom. I know, sounds silly but it works!

Try smacking the top of it. (Not kidding)

Send to Factory for repair.

The settings are incorrect. See manual for setting up volume measures and reset.

This is the correct operation for this type of coffeemaker. It uses the thermal carafe to keep the coffee warm after brewing, and doesn't use power to operate a warming plate

when you hit the button do you here the clicking noise.
if not then the first check that the voltage is going to the solenoid .And also check that solenoid isn't gone bad.If solenoid okay and you find no voltage then replace the switch.

if you didn't see any light then use AC current tester to check that the voltage is comming into the brewer or not.

If it heats with the steam switch, its your brew thermostat. If it doesn't, its your heating element.

suddenly wont brew. it brewed about 2 cups and stopped. water still in resevoir & turning it on & off & unplugging doesn't help.
