If you haven't got instructions on this, then go to nautica.com and register your watch. Then go to "watch info", sign in and you will be able to access "warranty and manual".

You should then be able to download the instructions for your watch.

Nautica are not giving opportunity to download user manuals, but you should be able to get information by following this link: http://www.nautica.com/helpdesk/index.jsp?display=store&subdisplay=contact Ask them to assist you.

This is a proprietary fit band. Only the manufacturer carries the band. You will want to contact Nautica's watch department customer service directly at:

Nautica watches are produced by Timex, so this is the correct email.

Specify the model number, serial number, band number (if you see one on the reverse) and request price and availability for the band.

If the band is not available, they may be willing to offer you a new watch as replacement.
