anti theft lights on cant get it to turn off ??? You have a hard fault in that system ,reset isn't going to do anything . You need to take it to a qualified repair shop. They will hook up a professional scan tool an check codes .
Hard reset wont help you if its not hardlocked I guess its network locked if it ask for unfreeze/defreeze code then its network problem or else hardware problem. Try youtube for hard reset and www.guaranteedunlock.com for network reset.

Hi, we can hard reset the router for about a minute, powerlight should be blinking the moment we reset the router, if case still all lights are lit but powerlight is solid. We can do these steps:
> Connect computer to router > Open control panel - network connections - right click local are connection > Click status and go to support
> Check for IP address, if we have IP: 192.168.1.x IP address on the computer > Please open command prompt - (for WinXP) go to start and click run, type cmd - (for win7 and winVISTA) click start and type on start search cmd > On the black screen, there is a blinking cursor type ping(space)192.168.1.1 > If we are getting Request timed out - that means router is defective - if we are getting Reply from responses... then there is a need to upgrade the router...
so if wont turn on with or without the battery is it, does it try to turn on, (makes a sound and lights turn on then turn off) if so it sounds like hardware failure, a hard reset shouldnt of killed it because it deals with software, not harware
