Sounds like the water has damaged the controller or the wiring.

You must charge each battery individually with an automotive NON automatic style battery charger until each battery has at least 10 bolts each. The scooter charger cannot pull up a battery with less than 10 volts.

hi, lets work on the assumption that your scooter is correct in saying the batteries are low, why is that ? , well you need to look at the charger and if possible try another charger , the other thing that could have happened is the charger fuse has blown, this is located on the tiller stem


If you are convinced that the charger and fuse are okay , look at the batteries, just because it a new scooter does not mean it new batteries ., let me explain let say your scooter has been assembled a year ago, batteries fitted , now the batteries have not been touched during that period , that in itself can kill batteries or as soon as you start charging them they give up.
I have seen this happen on many occasions.

hi the blue light is indicating a fault, now count the flashes before a pause, or does it just flash all of the time ?

scooter battries must be charged on a regular basis.or else the on board charger wont charge them .Try useing a trickle charger to bring them back to life. if you dont have access to one bring them to a local service station they should charge them for a small fee.

SEVERAL THINGS CAN BE THE PROBLEM:
1. BATTERY CHARGER CAN BE BAD
2. THROTTLE POT OR SPEED POT CAN BE BAD
3.IF THE FREE WHEEL LEVER IS NOT ENGAGED THE SCOOTER WON'T RUN
4. IF THE CHARGER CORD IS PLUGGED IN IT WON'T RUN
5. FINALLY IF ALL THOSE ITEMS ARE OK YOU HAVE A CONTROLLER PROBLEM, WHICH IS THE MOST LIKLEY PROBLEM...THATS COSTLY
6. YOU COULD ALSO HAVE A BATTERY PROBLEM, GET THEM LOAD TESTED.

Check the brake at the back of the scooter

Have the batteries tested with a load tester. Usually when it starts to move slow it means the batteries are going.
