This worked on my Cenlux C10 MP3 Recorder. Make a list of every menu
item by number. I went to Google Translate to find out what
each command looked like in Chinese. I converted from English to Chinese
simple. Look for the "English" characters in any menu.
You have to download and install a LIP (Lanaguage Interface pack) A LIP changes everything in Windows, to another language.but you cannot change the language Windows uses on the screen unless you buy the English version. However IF it is Chinese Windows, then you will never really be 100% converted, the BEST way then, is to remove OLD Chinese Windows, and install a NEW English Version. Normally just go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Option, click the Language tab, Details radio button, click Add radio button, click the drop down box and select the language. It may ask you for the distribution disc. Once multiple language had been added, a language switching Task Tray will appear near the normal Task Tray in the lower right corner. Shift-Alt will also switch the languages.
In Windows 7's Search programs and files box type Anytime and click on the Windows Anytime Upgrade icon that appears. Purchase a Windows Anytime Upgrade product key for Windows 7 Ultimate edition and upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate. Afterward, visit Windows Update and download the English language pack.

open up your control panel and you will see a selectioin for language. open that and you will be able to set everything to english.
