SOURCE: Is the Lexmark X2350 printer compatable with mac osx?
You will need a emulator for this and can be downloaded on the internet otherwise there is no mac driver and its not really compatable and its a older lexmark printer so the only solution is emulation Thanks

turn on the printer sharing via the system preference panel on the computer that is on the system via usb.
Then on your wifi computer look for shared printers and you'll see your printer in the list under the host computer name... use that setting and it should fire up for you!
let me know how it goes...

There is still something to be done in the driver section on the Mac. It has to be completely uninstall and then install. Before you uninstall, recheck the driver settings.
SOURCE: Lexmark 2600 scanning to MAC-no can do
Edward, I have this same problem. Were you able to solve it? Anyone, can you help? I have installed the drivers. When I connect the printer to my Mac, it launches ImageCapture and previews the scan fine. But I am unable to get the "scan" button to become active, adn there is no place to save the scan. If I click "save pdf to iphoto" it saves a pdf of the entire screen, rather than just the photo. Appears not to be Mac compatible for scanning purposes. Thank you for your help.
