ask yamaha this, direct to them or read the manual firsts. 2010 made.
lost the manual ? did you?????
any app you run most be from maker yamaha for w10.

what it can do is all there song file wise.

it shows w7 max.
but some apps w7 sure can be loaded to w10 or drivers
using windows 10
w7 compatibility mode as MS tells you.

I have found manuals for both and looking at these I can see no reason why they shouldn't connect to each other. I am not a music expert but deal with computers. I would suggest that you try the external amp connection to connect the ME-25 to one of the BR-800's inputs, and then connect the "line out" of the BR-800 to an amp. Also make sure that during the connection operation, all power to the four units is OFF and the levels are all set to zero. By doing this you can minimize any danger of overloads anywhere in the system when you do "Power on". To help you confirm what I have said, I give below the links to the manuals which can be downloaded in pdf format and saved to your computer for reference as you connect up, and for any queries in the future;

You need to get latest USB driver for Windows 7 (both 32bits and 64 bits available) at:

I think the SMF converter though is a 32 bits application will work on windows 7 provided the correct USB driver has been installed.

go to the manufacturers web site and download the driver software for your pc version (mac os, 32 bit 64 bit) windows 32 bit osor 64 os you will find the drivers on theyre support page

In the forums tab, scroll down to the BR8 forums. There is software to convert the BR files to PC readable. You can find discussion there of where and what to get.

Page 2 of the Turbostart manual explains that in some versions of Windows the Micro BR may appear as a removable storage device titled "Removable disk (?:)." You won't find a specific Micro Br Icon since it is a data transfer connection only.

Try going to "My computer" and it should appear similar to when you plug in a USB stick. It MIGHT have a meaningful name, but it might not.

Have you installed the correct codec for it? Go to Microsoft site or Boss.com and download the codec and driver for it.

Are there any drivers that need to be installed...possibly......you can generally find most answers @ the product website...you may have to register your product...maybe not.........it my just show up as another drive (IE: drive C:,D:)......
