I have a sandisk sd card. it plays music fine!. but when i downloaded a music video to play on my bv8962 all i get is sound and it say unsupported format>. what is the problem?
I had the same problem. It is illegal to watch videos while driving hence why they dont tell you how to play youtube off of card and usb. But after hours of testing converted videos here what works for me.
download pazera free flv to avi converter. after that you will have to custom convert the videos with these settings....video format is MPG custom MPEG-2/ FPS 29.97. Audio mp3-mpeg- layer 3/ bit rate 128 and i added stereo-2 for kicks. last but not least custom resolution 720x480. convert and it works :)

make shore you have the right format of music on ur sd card so the player can play it eg avi mp3 mp4
