Try pressing the ON button and tapping the Volume button several times. This should reset tour device. If it doesn't work the first time, just try it again. You will see it when your device comes back on.

Test your laptop using an external USB WiFi adapter. I prefer to use nano (very small) Edimax WiFi adapter. It cost less than $15 and it has Windows XP/Vista/7 drivers and its own apps. eBay and Newegg dot com are a good sources.

You entered the wrong pattern. Start it normally and enter the right pattern.

The best way is to go to the apps manager & delete the app from your Tablet or Phone. Redownolad & install the same app from the Play Store. This should fix it. Remember to turn sound on. Regards Bob from OZ

if you have an optical drive on that p.c then try to boot from an hyrons boot cd to unlock your computer
