My walkman is hanged so i can't turn it off , it's only written in the screen is "POWER OFF" and it's hang . so please help me ^

reset it !

if you have the initial files that were on your mp3,

Format your Mp3 on PC by FAT32 format and copy those on your Mp3 player folder

that used to happen with my old SNW.... the way i fixed it was updating the firmware. you need your computer connect cable, the sony website, some hard drive space, and a little bit of patience. i recomend making a backup of everything on the usb device before starting this prossess, just as a precaution.

there is a slide switch on the right hand side you need to slide it up one click or 2 depending on what you want.
