Process Drive Fault"

Do you have another kit you can take from another printer.
Switch the printer off.
Swap out the kit with the one from the other printer.
Turn it back on. If it clears the fault when the printer is ready put back the new kit

93,984 means: Cyan obstructed, reservoir not filled
• Check for ink spills around the Printhead.
• Check the Ink Loader for bent melt tips.
• Check the Ink Loader power cable misrouting around melt tips.
• Check height of ink levels in the head reservoir.

You need to reset the inital alignment of the printer.

The error is a Process Drive Fault. This may be a problem with the Process Drive's Gears.
You probably need to go through the replacement procedure again.
Xerox says to check if they are in their home positions. NOTE: Usually, manually tilting the head back and forth using Drum Maintenance Shaft should leave the Process Drive aligned.

There is no "reset", except to replace the Maintenance Kit. That will reset the life back to 100%

On the 8570 that is either a wave amp, the print head or a bad or loose cable in between.

The error is a printhead tilt fault. It's unable to tilt on the axis, caused by a fault camshaft and process motor. The part you need to fix it is 8570-Z1.

Normally its the maintenance tray clutch slipping.
Or the maintenance tray ends are worn.
You can remove the left cover and clean the clutch, its on the lower part of the frame, and take your kit out and there are 2 tabs sticking out the ends that were on the last 1/4th inch.
