My printer is an a3 printer but i cannot print a3 documents on it from my laptop which is windows vista, other computers that are not windows vista can print to it though annoyingly.
When i go to print there just insn't an option for a3.
When i look at the printers set up, it says under the heading 'paper available' A4 - but i cannot change this even tho it is in a text box which looks like it should be able to be altered.
if anyone could help i'd be very grateful.
