I cant get spanish switched to english onacer aspire 3610

try by changing the data cable and check the jumper setting of the hard drive

do you have power ? if no, check your power outlet and ac adapter first, if both of them are ok, it could be your motherboard.
if you have power but no display, this is called no post.
reseat your memory. if still not working, use 1 memory and try to put it in different ram slot. and if this is still not working, your motherboard is bad

I don't see a problem with the screens it seems that they both have the same specs. The casing is where you might have an issue just check to see if all the clips and screws are in the same positions. you never know till you try

SOURCE: chose french windows instead english windows by accident and need to change it

Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
Obviously you'll have to work out the French equivalents of the options but should be fairly obvious
