My printer does not print and shows me that is a catridge problem

Catridge removal should be done along with the software support. Click on printers and faxes. Select your printer from there and click properties on it. Then Click on check ink levels in your printer. It will automatically show for the error if there is any empty catridge and you will get a screen with button named "Remove Catridge" On clicking it, the print head will come and stop near the opening from where you can open the print head and remove the catridge. Press the small tap like button on the side and while pressing it, the catridge will become loose , and pull it on the top. You can remove it by doing like this.

hey dude, once remove the catridge and place it again. and even if it doesnt work, try to get it serviced

1.remove your catridge wet your catridge head with headcleaner
2. clean your catridge head with tissue paper
3. do this two or three times
4. fix your catridge and take print

plz remove the catridge and reinstall the catridge properly then uninstall the printer driver and restart the system then after restarting the system then reinstall the printer driver and restart the system again then after restarting the system check

In this case what i would request u to do is.......
Take out both the catridges from the Printer.........
Take 2 Paper Towels one should be wet with Luke warm water and the other one should be dry...........
Take the Colour catridge first turn it upside down and u will see a small copper plate on the catridge from where the ink comes out.......
Place the wet paper towel using ur thumb on the Copper plate and press it a lit bit for 10 Seconds......
Now remove it and see whether u see any ink on the paper towel..........
U should see some ink on it now place the dry paper towel on the ink catridge in the same way........
Now do the same procedure again..........
Do the same procedure twice on the Black Catridge.................
Now take the dry paper towel and turn the direction of the cartridge so that u can see a Copper plate on it with small boxes just clean that copper plate with the Dry Paper Towel..........
Know insert both the catridges inside the Printer....
Now try to Print.........
This Should Work.........

If you want to use this non-
HP print cartridge, press
(Cancel Job) to continue printing.

I had refilled the catrige, then when I start to print a 'service error' window will appear. At the LCD screed shows E.. 4 ..2. I believe the printer simply assume the catridge is depleted, but how can it happened as I already just refilled it.
How to make printer detected the catridge as a full? I really hope you can solve and make my refilling mission succesful and my printer work again.

try install catridge one by one see whether it is accepting or not. just install black catridge and see if you not getting any error that mean your balck catridge is ok may be problem with colour catridge it may me becoz of dry ink or dust in catridge nozle try to clean the catridge by tissue paper and see. bye
