Leaking Coffeepot My Hamilton Beach Brewstation leaks coffee all over the countertop sometime after it cuts off. We come home and coffee is all over the counter. Has anyone else had this problem?

Don't know whether to take it back or have HB send me a new one?

I have the same problem and now the on/off button flashes. Does this mean the coffee pot will not work much longer.

I have the same leaking problem. I just called Hamilton Beach and gave them the model and serial numbers. They are sending me a new "gasket" complimentary but she said if that doesn't work, I'll have to order a whole new coffee tank.

We have had the dripping problem... something was clogging the spout where the coffee pours into the cup. We did a thorough cleaning that fixed it. A product called "Brew Rite Cleaner" is awesome for cleaning coffee machines. Every so often, be sure to run water through the pour spout in the reverse direction and you'll be fine.

and the blinking problem... ours has been blinking for months now and I have no idea why but everything seems to be working fine. Our model does not have the clock, just a light on the button.

Hamilton beach brew station leaks water all over when filling the coffee maker - no problem once the coffee is brewed...why is the water leaking???

chances are, you're filling the machine up with too much water. look at the water resivoir and see if there's a hole somewhere toward the top or a marking indicating the water limit.

Brewstation Leaks

Mine did the same thing, except I have the model #47665 because the model you have I had to replace twice. It would start/stop numerous times during brewing. Anyway, if yours leaks coffee the same as mine it's because the tiny plastic part holding the small rubber gasket that controls leaking (inside the tank under the screen) is most likely broken. Apparently it's a common problem. I called HB at 1-800-851-8900 and talked to customer support. They are sending me a whole new tank (cannot just fix the gasket) for the whopping price of $5.00 to cover shipping. That's right, $5.00 for shipping gets you a whole new tank. I love Hamilton Beach. They truly do stand behind their products. Again Hamilton Beach product support, 1-800-851-8900 good luck to ya........Katherine

My hamilton beach brewstation is leaking.

There is a spring between the lever and the o-ring. It may have popped out when you cleaned the pot. That has happened to me before. The spring is necessary to hold the seal down until the lever is pushed.

I have a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Deluxe coffee maker that has been leaking from the bottom of the unit with almost every pot that is made.

http://forumappliances.com/images/Hamilton%20Beach/Hamilton%20Beach%20Parts/Hamilton%20Beach%20P-990021600.jpg

IF BY BOTTOM YOU MEAN BOTTOM OF THE POT, YOU'LL LIKELY NEED A REPLACEMENT POT (CALLED A TANK). REPLACEMNT PARTS YOU NEED ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND BY ME AND I HAVE LOOKED FOR HOURS.

Might want to call to assure this will work in your model Brewstation.
This vendor is in canada. $9 CDN is cheap enough.
