I have a Sanyo DS19310 tv with an RCA 3-Device Universal Remote (the original Sanyo remote has been lost)and I'm trying to get my Diamond Vision 807-03 DVD Player to work with it to no avail.I have tried coding,re-coding,changing batteries,resetting,etc.Have you go any ideas why the dvd player won't work even if I try using both tv and player manually?The player will just not show up on the tv regardless of what channel it's on.BTW,player works on other tv's.Thanks for any help you can provide.

This will take you to the RCA main customer support page. Just go to the universal remote control section and find your model remote control. Use the model number to find the technical support information page. On this page will be a copy of the owners manual and the remote control codes to use with your products.
