Dometic RM2620 Freezer works perfect, but fridge won"t get cold

Make sure it is level, has proper airflow out through top vent. Also check baffle, or stack where flame sits under and blow it out good with compressed air to make sure it's clean. If you smell a hint or strong smell of ammonia, shut it off, it has a leak in cooling unit. If all ok in that area, shut it off, disconnect and plug propane line, disconnect power and remove the fridge. Turn the fridge upside down for a day or 2, then re-install and let it sit 24 hrs before turning it back on. Quite often that will take care of any blockage in flow of cooling liquid, and get things back to normal if cooling unit is still good.

Well first of all solution # 1 pertains to household refridgerators..RV models have no fan inside maybe outside,But I would find out if it gets cold/freezes with 120 volt and or LP(propane) and look trrough the internet and download your model service manual.

Try to defrost it. unplug fridge and place a box fan in front blowing at it. keep the frigd controls in the midle range as well as the freezer control

The flame is not hot enough check gas pressure

Check around the burner area for a yellow film the ammonia has leaked out

the blower is broken or frozen.you need to defrost and clean it.or the air passages are clog.

Check the flu at the back is clean
