SOURCE: sound device problems

right click on the program shortcut and change the compatibility to windows xp, it will work then...

Right click on >My computer and choose >Manage. Go to >Device Manager and look for items with a yellow exclamation point. If there is one under >Sound with an exclamation point, delete it and reboot.

By using Rynga voIP system if I make call directly, call fails showing that my sound device does not support it.
Go to the options and change the sound device settings. I have a different voip system and it is on Tools --> Options --> Sound Devices
