Bosch classixx 1200 fills, drains, but won't wash ?

It sounds like a snapped belt or a broken motor. Can you here the motor run? You can access the motor and the belt from the back of the machine. If it is the belt snapped, this is easy to replace yourself. If it is the motor, you will need a repair man.

Check the exit hose behind the machine, the one going into the standpipe. This should be around 3 feet up from the ground level, and then into the standpipe. It shd be about six inches into the standpipe & not too tight into it.

This hose may have fallen off, the reason why your water drains away, instead of collecting in the machine to commence a wash. The next to check is the thin tube coming up from the pump area to the pressure switch. Maybe this has come loose or there is a puncture in it.

Bosch classixx 1200 express washing machine won't drain

Make sure that all the water has drained from the washer, if it has a filter, remove and clean, it is located behind a removable plastic panel at the front of the m/c, if it still does not spin, suggest you remove motor and check the brushes for wear, this is often the reason it won't spin, but will wash o/k.

Not a programme error but carbon brushes on motor.Fixed by local engineer.
