Mine is doing the same thing, We replaced the 7 capacitors and the f9a04 and f9a05 and it still doing same thing. Shuts off after a couple of seconds. The error code is still reading 2-2. 2,2 is short protection and this model it usually means a pico fuse on the board that protects the convergence circuit is blown--fuse and the two stk-392-570 chips will have to be replaced--not sure where you got here the idea it meant the DM board was bad but that is wrong.
LOOKING AT THE AGE OF THE TV IT MIGHT HAVE DRY JOINTS ON PCB,S SO IF U KNOW ABOUT ELECTRONICS AND GOT SOLDERING IRON RESOLDER SUSPECTED SOLDER JOINTS AND THEN TRY.
if it is a ws-65613 you would have to be connected to the DTV component input on the back of the set as this is the only HD input for this model.
If the set will not go to that input (skips it by) let me know as there is a way to restore missing inputs--if you hook HD in any other way it will not work on this model; let me know if you need help;
I turn TV on green light goes on for a second then shuts off. I have Medallion 1080HD.
