Hi, Most wall ovens are hard wired to a 30/40/50 Amp 220V-AC circuit. Please refer to the installation instructions that are provided with the unit for all the specs and dimensional details for installing the wiring junction box.
The best thing you can do is to provide an extra 5-6' of the appropriate sized gauge wire at the oven location, so the installing electrician can have enough to properly connect and locate the junction box or directly connect to the wall oven's built in junction box.
