Hi, It can be because of ur mobile. may be u r in weak cellsite area so 1st call to ur service provider for Confirmation .

Phone keys dont workd all the time
i have zero signal and can't receive/send text messages or phone calls... ridiculously annoying... i'm taking it into the store asap
