How do I set up MMS for my Motorola Ex117? This phone is triple SIM but I want to set up MMS for AT&T carrier only. Thanks very much.

Proxy can be changed in APN settings.

Hi, the problem you are having is with the settings that are stored on your phone, the chances are these have never been setup correctly and you usually get this problem when you change the sim card in the phone to another sim or another network.

now all you need to do to solve this problem is call your service provider and tell them the make and model of phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings.

your service provider wont charge you anything for doing this and they will send you the settings via text message this will then update your phone to the latest settings and you will be able to use the phone as you want to then.

you can sometimes send the settings to the phone yourself via your service providers web site, but not all service providers offer this service so you would have to check.

the quickest and easiest way would be to give them a call and ask them to send you the latest settings. they will do this for free so just give them a call and your phone will be then set up correctly.

Internet settings varies from carrier to carrier, there is no definite or fixed settings, just contact your existing network provider for these settings they are often free of charge.
And as i said settigns are varying from carrier to carrier, so if you have two SIM's and changing them, so you need to save two settings, also acquire those settings from two carriers.

If the software is not from your carrier you can either set up the settings manually or some carriers offer over the air programming. Call customer service and ask them to send settings to your phone.

Are you sending MMS to phone on same network? That is only way MMS will work in Philippines. See this message board for more info

a phone being unlock is apoor very poor excuse for the company to use.........yes it can be change and they can....if is just need the correct settings for you to be able to use your phone msg system.
