You are probably being blocked by a server. Malware resides on the computer, not as a blocking site. If you are behind a firewall that does not allow access to facebook (i.e. work, school, etc.), then you cannot log onto the site.

I would suggest logging on to Bushnell's website go to Support/Customer service and find where it lists manuals then you shoudl be abel to enter model number and download the manual which is going to be handy and possibly needed multiple times until you and yourgrandson get this Telescope memorized.
I have found that most every manufacturer now has made it possible to download their products manuals from their web sites.

There is no way to download the disc online you will need to contact bushnell for a replacement disc see the link for details or call - 1-800-423-3537 for a replacement disc.
You need to download the motherboard driver of your Laptop. Go to the official site of the Laptop (Apple website), and dowload the motherboard, Lan card, Audio driver from there.
