there is no setting in bios for that
That will be an update in win 7 program and as win 7 is no longer supported , you may have to change to win 10 to get it
Passwoad? Please detail what it is you are having a problem with? BIOs do not use passwords...only an Administrator who installed the operating system would have privileges to enter the system; or a password that you installed when setting up Windows. Simply state what problem you are having, OK!
NOT GOOD My Friend....you just blew the BIOS:
Never update BIOS unless the computer is not working all that well. When doing new Bios, the Precise BIOs for the computer are required. Any change can damage the instruction set and render the BIOs useless. Also...any interruption during the rewriting of a BIOs will mess of the Chip and blank out the instruction set. If you can, with the correct BIOS downloaded to a flash drive, you may restructure the BIOS if they can be flashed again.
To answer your question we need to know what motherboard you have in your machine and/or the soundcard. Can you get the details from system information (In windows via start, accessories, system tools. If for some reason this is not possible then download and run speccy - this will give you the same details

You should have a setting in your BIOS. Once you plug in and external AGP or PCI card the BIOS will recognize it and use that one instead of the onboard.
you should restart and press F2 (on most pcs) to opent Setup. from there find the name and version of your bios. then go to your current bios providers website and download the flash update. it should be listed under the support tab. you may have to search. hope this helps. please rate me and thanks for choosing enterprise computing solutions.
You only need to update bios settings if and when you get severe problems. The bios supplied with any computer is good for life of pc. normally. But if you wish to update, visit the manufacturers site and download the bios flash utility.(that is the pc manufacturer not the bios manufacturer)
Normally upgrading bios does not require flashing the bios. But in order to find out the max amount you can upgrade too requires some info off the motherboard. You need to get the model number off the board to look up the info
