Hi, am from mauritius and my mum recently purchased a Blackberry Storm at Best Buy Store for me. When she returned to Mauritius and gave me the phone, i noticed that the phone was locked to telus network. This is a shame as we paid the full retail price ($ 599) and no one said to her that the phone was locked.
Thus i request your help so as i can unlock it as telus won't deliver the unlock code to me. The said return the phone to BestBuy.
How can i return it??? The airplane ticket from mauritius to canada cost 5 times the price of the Storm.
Anyway if someone can help, please let me know.
