You can download the Samsung PC Studio 3 program from www.samsung.com, it will tell you how to connect, and has a lot of stuff you can do with the phone. Just search the model name (SGH-T339) and it should have it under download/support section. ^_^

This would be hard as you cannot see anything on the unit but you should be able to hook it up via usb and grab the files you want off it but contacts should be on the sim. www.pdarepair.com can fix that screen for you so you do not have to go through all this. thanks for using fixya.com

Most all computers made after 2002 have a set of card readers built into the case, usually in the front.
Your desktop will read the first card (with the wanted pics) as a removable drive, and you can copy the pics to your MyPictures folder...Then remove the first card and plug-in the second SD to paste the pics from MyPictures to the new card.

Hi, There are different ways to save contacts from phone to micro sd card...
first download the PC suite for Samsung phone, and use the below instructions.
If you have a lot of contacts and you'd like to clear up some additional space on your phone, you can move your contacts from the phone's memory to your micro SD card. Moving your contacts is simple and should take only a few moments to learn and complete.
Instruction::
Insert your micro SD card into your phone's memory card slot.
Access your phone's main options menu and select "Settings."
Select "Tools" from the "Settings" menu, then locate the "Memory" folder.
Select "SD Card" or "Card Memory" from the "Memory" folder.
Select "Options," then select "Format" to properly format the card for use with your phone.
Open your contact list, then select "Settings" from the main contact list view.
Select "Save" from the settings menu, then select "Memory Card" or "SD Card" under "Destination." Your contacts should now be saved to your micro SD card.
