Please help me. always asking the subsidy Password
Hi subsidy password is nothing but your Motorola C115 mobile is locked to one particular network due to this it wont accept other network sim in it .When you insert other network sim it ask subsidy code which is the code used to remove the network lock in your mobile .To get code visit Theunlockarena.com here they ask you the network name to which your Motorola C115 mobile is locked and the IMEI number of your mobile .Then at last they deliver you the subsidy code to unlock your mobile.

The only way to unlock a Motorola c139, is having the subsidy codes that corresponds to the IMEI.
This can be done with a Data cable and a software, or paying a few dollars to anyone who has the codes ( obtained by means of a cable and a soft).Each IMEI has an unlock code,that is to say ,that the subsidy or unlock code is only for that IMEI, not for another one.The IMEI is a number that corresponds to each cell phone,and it depends also, on the phone company that gives you service.
