The 2 right hand side hobs come on my new ZKT641H but the ones on the left hand do not. All of the lights in the control panel work as expected. Is this a wiring issue or do I have a faulty hob?

This is almost certainly a wiring issue
at the mains connection block, there are links which have not been tightened down. there is usually a diagram adjacent to mains block telling you what to do. connection block is covered by a plate. take plate off and tighten all terminals making sure links have been inserted. switch of at mains of course

This happened to me today too. I heard an intermittent beep (I thought it was some kind of "hot" alarm). Then the 2 hobs on the right stopped working. Looking at my consumer unit, the fuses didn't trip so I'm not sure what might have happened
The child-lock has been activated - probably accidentally, but someone may think you're not safe to use it. The de-activate the child lock . . .
1. Switch the cooktop on so all zone show "L" 2.Press both the + sign for the right-front zone and the - sign simultaneously. All four zones will show "0" with flashing decimal points. 3. Press the - sign again. The cooktop will switch off.
You can now switch the cooktop on and use it normally again.
Hope this helps. If you have any difficulty de-activating the child-lock or need further assistance, please let me know.
the solution is already on fixya i just tried it and it works.press the right key and the minus key at the same time release the right key hold the minus key for 10seconds and the L will disappear
hi im gerbee my suggestion is replace the pcv control wat brand u have, always also in philipines the electric hob is so very sensitive, the pcv cotrol is not repairable.or next time u by a new one gas cooktop more ok compare to electric ceramic hob, or use electric ceramic hob w/knob control compare to sensor type,i think the part of the sensor or pcv control is so very expensive, that why i buy an another one.dont try to repair more difficult to com.tnx
OK. I know whats wrong. On your terminal I guess you only connected the Large Brown wire to the number 2 terminal ( Live ) What you have to do is bridge terminal 1 and 2 together. You may need to peel back the heavy copper brown so you can split it evenly and ensure it can reach to terminal 1 and 2 . So what you have then is one cable feeding to both 1 and 2 terminal. If you have the smaller live brown wire just connect that to terminal 2 also. That should fix your problem. I will check back to see if you have any more problems..
can't give you much guidence - will be either regulator or the plate itself. no easy way to find out. you will have to remove the hob top and check for continuity thro the plate. ifplate is ok, then power up and check for supply to the plate. if no supply, then the regulator will be at fault
Got the same problem, and remembered I've kept the manual book
L means locked. I dont know how Ive managed to do this as well
Anyway it says:
Cancelling the key lock After switching ON the control the child safety feature can be deactivated. Here it is necessary to simultaneously operate the front right cooking-zone-select-key and the MINUS-key and then operate the MINUS-key alone. If all steps hae been carried out in the right order within 10seconds the key lock gets cancelled and the control is OFF. Otherwise the input will be considered incomplete, the control remains locked and switches-OFF after 20 seconds.
After a renewed switching-ON/OFF key all displays show 0", the display dots are blinking and the control is ready for ooking. If a cooking zone is "hot", "H" will be displayed instead of the static 0".
Followed their instructions & still not worked. ,I am still confused and baffled after these instructions........................
